The day we called the Service Dept, we were able to get an appointment within the hour. When we drove up, we were met by a friendly rep and told us what was going to happen and how long it would take, which was right on the money! We also had time to view the new Yukons, and will be back in a couple of months to purchase a new vehicle. We are looking for a Denali Yukon (not XL).
Toby your salesman was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He spent a lot of time looking for the exact car we were interested in. He showed us the details of the different packages that were available to help us get key features at the best price, a great listener. Only negative was the sales process which involved negotiating with three reps to get the car we purchased, very frustrating but all gave discounts when asked
While this visit to the service department was very good and Landon was excellent this was the first time I was really satisfied with the service. Overall I am not content with my experience at Nyle Maxwell. I have had too many issues with this vehicle from the AC having a coolant leak and needing three times to visit to fix it, to the shifter that needed to be repaired twice to find the issue. In addition, my experience with sales was not the best. When asked about my GMC and how I like it I simply state that I have two regrets "Buying a GMC and buying a GMC from Nyle Maxwell." I would not recommend your company and would not purchase another vehicle from you.
Fast service but no feed back or help on getting phone to connect for hands free or garage door activation, just it probably your phone or receiver. The salesmen and sales manager were excellent but seems they are not there anymore.
