As usual the service I needed, on my Canyon, was done expertly and timely. I attribute this to Scot Murray and the great team at Nyle Maxwell GMC. Scot could not be any more helpful, a real asset to your organization.
Very pleasant experience everyone was wonderful to work with. Only disappoint thing was upon vehicle inspection a spot of glue or something on the dash board that could not be removed. Complete front dash will have to be replaced. Should have been addressed and corrected before closing. Not happy that I have to take a vehicle that I paid that much for back to get the dash replaced and can only hope the technicians can get it right the first time
Arrived for my scheduled 8:15 appointment for oil change and I was directed to see my assigned service writer Scott . He was not there and I waited almost 15 mins until he arrived to his desk. I stood waiting while 2 other advisors were not busy and did not offer to take my keys to start service. He finally showed up around 8:30 and took my keys and asked if I would be waiting for my vehicle and I responded yes. I went to the waiting area and sat and received a text message at 8:54 that my vehicle was checked in for service. I waited till 10:20 before getting up and looking for my service advisor who was not at his desk. A man who I believe was the service mgr walked by and asked if I had been taken care of. I told him that I was there for an 8:15 appt and had heard nothing about my vehicle status and he offered to go check. He came back and said that they were almost done and I should be ready in 10 mins. I asked what good is it to have an appt if my vehicle was not going to be worked on in a timely manner. I stood waiting another 15 mins before my truck pulled out of the garage and the technician came in with my ticket. I walked up to the cashier who rang up my ticket and handed me my keys. I did not receive a copy of my courtesy inspection or any recommendations for services and never saw my service advisor after handing him my keys. It is disappointing that the service manager could not say anything or apologize for the extended delay knowing I was not happy. Extremely poor service all around from a dealership that boasts to have high standards.
Mark Baute was very friendly and worked with me without pressure to customize a deal that would fit my financial needs. Alex Munoz (Finance Manager) was very honest and upfront as far as what would fit in my budget and what would not. I dont like playing games... I will definitely return to Nyle Maxwell GMC
