I asked that the TV be turned down in the waiting area as it was extremely loud. Staff turned it down. Someone then decided it was not loud enough and turned it back up. I wear hearing aides so I enjoy slightly higher volumes but the level in the waiting area is obnoxious. If this is maintained, I will not be back. Also I am unhappy that the dealership does not provide free oil changes. My last three dealerships (GMC and Chevrolet ) provided that when I bought my vehicle there. That will be a strong consideration in my choice of dealership in my future vehicle replacement.
