I like that there are refreshments there for the customer while they wait on their vehicle. The agent are very respectable and have your best interest in hand. The facilities are very professional looking.
2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is incredibly poor service especially since I had an appointment. I have been getting my Silverados serviced at Henna Chevrolet for over 20 years and it has never taken more than an hour - usually around 30 minutes with no appointment.
Scott and the team had to really get into the truck to realize the problem with shifting and power wasn't coming from the transmission directly, but from the radiator where transmission fluid was leaking. Took a couple of attempts but when I got my truck back I was confident it was fixed. Thanks very much!
We recently purchased a new GMC Yukon. Unfortunately we had to bring it in for repairs on multiple occasions. Although frustrating I do have to commend our service liaison "Todd" as he's taken extremely good care of us. He is professional, courteous and diligently does what he can to satisfy our needs. This is our second vehicle purchase from the Nyle Maxwell location in Round Rock and because of the service representative's we've worked with (Todd and Scott) we'll be repeat customers because of them.
Advisor to customer communication is seriously lacking. I wasn't greeted at my vehicle when I drove in. I had to randomly pick an available advisor. The appointment that I had set up on line and gained confirmation from NMGM for, wasn't available or found at check in.
